The AmeriVap Houdini Jet System for mesh
conveyor belts is a game changer as it
cleans the belts automatically using dry
steam vapor and no chemicals. This method
uses a fraction of the water of conventional
methods, like pressure washers. And,
unlike dry ice blasting, you never run out
of expensive fuel.
The Houdini Jet System has been specifically
designed as a portable solution to clean and
sanitize continuous mesh interlocking
conveyor belts while in operation. Powerful
jets blast deep into the intricate mesh
surface, dislodging any accumulated debris
and sanitizing with super-heated saturated
dry steam vapor.
This low maintenance unit is constructed
with corrosion resistant and easy to clean
materials. It is water resistant with a
stainless steel enclosure and an easy to use
electronic operator interface that includes
fully programmable positions and speeds. The
Houdini Jet System is powered by an AmeriVap
Xtreme Steam industrial steam generator that
continuously delivers 150 psi.
The Houdini conveyor cleaner is made in the
USA, as are the industrial steam generators
that power them. And, the internal
boilers are ASME certified – required in the
US and Mexico. What does this mean?
This means the Xtreme Steam units are built
to last, with redundant control manifolds
and a boiler that weighs about 3 times that
of imitations.
