Cleaning flat conveyor

Houdini Brushless system for flat conveyor
belts eradicates this by cleaning the belts
automatically using dry steam vapor and no
chemicals. This method uses a fraction
of the water of conventional methods, like
pressure washers.
The Houdini Brushless System has been
specifically designed as a portable solution
to clean and sanitize continuous plastic and
vinyl conveyor belts while in operation. Dry
steam vapor blasts the belt surface breaking
down debris and sanitizing as it passes
through the machine. A rotating brush and
powerful vacuum removes the debris and dries
the belt surface leaving behind a clean and
sanitized work area.
Our conveyor belt cleaning system is an
economical and eco-friendly heavy-duty
machine with a quick and simple setup that
can be used to service a wide range of
conveyor belt sizes. It is a low
maintenance, easy to clean unit constructed
with corrosion resistant and FDA approved
materials. The Houdini Brushless System is
powered by an AmeriVap Xtreme Steam
generator capable of delivering up to 150
psi (265° F) and can be supplied with or
without brushes.
The Houdini conveyor cleaner is made in the
USA, as are the industrial steam generators
that power them. And, the internal
boilers are ASME certified – required in the
US and Mexico. What does this mean?
This means the Xtreme Steam units are built
to last, with redundant control manifolds
and a boiler that weighs about 3 times that
of imitations.

of underside mounts, makes the cleaning
